The 1st Phil Agrinegosyo Summit was a surprising success. Held last July 25, 2014 at the World Trade Center, the     summit event proved that Agripreneurship is the next big thing for our Philippine economy. Young and old alike, students and professional businessmen all flocked together to learn from the experts and share their "no-quit" acumen. Inspiration was truly in the air and was felt by the massive audience.

  Tomorrow is going to be a big day for the Philippine Agripreneurs. Apart from receiving recognition for their exemplary work in building strong foundation in agricultural farming and different agri-ventures, they will be sharing to a large expected audience of the 1st Phil Agrinegosyo Summit to be held in World Trade Center, the story and motivation behind their success. Tomorrow’s event is a celebration of passion for a greener economy and well-being. 

  Go Negosyo is organizing the event and has put together lawmakers behind Philippine agriculture, advocates and agripreneurs to present the promising agricultural sector and share some inspiration to the agribusiness aspirants of this sector, whether that be in organic farming, aquaculture or livestock farming.

In light of reinforcing entrepreneurial spirit among Filipinos, the Philippine Center for Enterpreneurship, Inc. (Go Negosyo) is holding its 1st Philippine Agrinegosyo Summit on July 25 at the World Trade Center. The one day event will be graced by representatives of government agencies from different agricultural subsectors, law makers, representatives from the banking sector and resource speakers to provide the audience with an overview of the status of Philippine Agriculture as well as its prosperous horizon.

The Department of Health observes July as Nutrition Month with the theme: Kalamidad paghandaan: Gutom at Malnutrisyon agapan! Livegreen International Inc., through product brand names Organicus, Organiko and Green Goodness, is in full support of DOH's initiatives.

For the whole month of July the company will do doing a road show of  speaking engagements and product expositions in 4 major hospitals in Quezon City namely Philippine Orthopedic Hospital, Philippine Lung Center, Philippine Heart Center and St. Luke's Medical Center.

The endeavors of Paris Uy, President and CEO of Livegreen International Incorporated have finally paid off. More and more recognizable figures in mainstream media are now noticing his advocacy of empowering Filipino farmers. Just recently he was featured, along with other successful Agripreneurs, in a column by Joey Concepcion on Agripreneurship in The Philippine Star. This July, he will be featured again in PTV 4's entrepreneurial show SME Go Powered by Go Negosyo, aired every Tuesday at 7 pm.

The taped interview was done yesterday (July 2) at Livegreen's head office in Brooklyn St, Cubao, Quezon City. It was an interesting day as Paris Uy recalled his hardships and trials on building a successful agribusiness. But despite all that, he never quitted as he believes his efforts are no longer just about keeping a business, but for something else that is far greater than himself --- helping more and more farmers create a sustainable livelihood.
